Corporate Director of Sales - MENA

As the Corporate Director of Sales based in the Corporate Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion across the MENA region. Leveraging your extensive sales leadership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key corporate accounts, and guiding property-level sales teams. Your focus on optimizing sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships will directly contribute to the success of the group’s hotels and residences.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate-level sales strategies aligned with group objectives across the MENA region.
- Provide leadership and guidance to property sales teams, ensuring consistency and best practices across all markets.
- Conduct regional market analysis to identify growth opportunities and evolving trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and regional accounts, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee negotiations for MENA-wide contracts, partnerships, and preferred agreements.
- Collaborate with revenue management to align sales initiatives with pricing and distribution strategies.
- Work closely with corporate marketing and communications teams to create impactful regional sales campaigns and collateral.
- Monitor sales performance across properties, providing insights, forecasts, and reports to senior leadership.
- Establish KPIs and review performance of property sales teams, providing coaching and support as required.
- Drive participation in international and regional exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to represent the brand portfolio.
- Support pre-opening projects by defining and executing sales strategies for new properties in the region.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with brand positioning, business goals, and compliance requirements.
- Promote collaboration between sales, operations, and other corporate functions to enhance guest and client experiences.
- Manage the corporate sales budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate innovations into corporate sales initiatives.
- Champion sustainability and corporate responsibility in all sales activities.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally conscious manner and adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
