As the Information Technology Manager, you will play a critical role in both the pre-opening and operational success of the property. During the pre-opening phase, you will be responsible for establishing IT systems, infrastructure, and policies to ensure a seamless launch. Following the opening, you will continue to lead the property’s IT strategy and operations, ensuring that technology drives efficiency, security, and an exceptional guest and colleague experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap for both the pre-opening and operational phases.
• Lead IT functions, including infrastructure, support, development, and information security.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Ensure data security, compliance with regulations, and adherence to industry standards.
• Partner with hotel leadership to align IT initiatives with business and operational objectives.
